About Care Pastors
Many people ask Pastor Parsley, “How do you effectively minister to your congregation?”
His answer is—“I don’t, because I have a wonderful group of people called ‘care
pastors’ who help me touch the lives in our congregation.”
Through the ministry of the care pastors of World Harvest Church, many
are cared for in the body of Christ in personal, individualized ways. Several care
pastors host Life Groups in their home, and serve as ministers to the deacons. If
